House on the Hill: Highly Commended in Livingetc House of the Year 2026

House on the Hill, TXTURED's north London period home, has been named Highly Commended in Livingetc's House of the Year 2026, one of five homes recognised.

Livingetc described the interior as restful and calming, with a strong sense of cohesion throughout. The palette is quietly layered, with neutrals, warm browns, muted ochres and soft blush tones, and the plan was reworked to improve flow and bring harmony to the home.

The North London Period Home project is a clear expression of our transitional approach to luxury residential interior design: contemporary pieces balanced with period character, natural materials and carefully considered detailing.

It is a privilege to be named alongside a group of internationally recognised interior design studios.
