We Let Properties

Before the redesign, the WeLet Properties head office felt dated, with poor sound control. Noise travelled across the space, making it difficult for the team to focus. Their brief was to create a tranquil contemporary workspace, blending style with functionality to enhance productivity and client experience.

TXTURED reimagined the space by developing new floor plans and spatial layouts, ensuring the office functioned efficiently while embracing a modern, high-end aesthetic.

The design is rooted in Manchester’s identity. WeLet Properties' brand colour, a deep red, was given a modern update. We used COAT Paints' ‘Northern Quarter’, a perfect fit for an estate agency based in Manchester. This subtle nod to the city's heritage brought warmth and depth to the design.
